The causes of driver fatigue

It is really dangerous to drive when you are fatigued or when you are starting to fall asleep behind the wheel. There are many things that you can do, to prevent this from happening. You can rest every two hours, sleep early before driving a long distance, or getting someone to co-drive with you.
